IDO uses full medical-grade silicone with an ultra-soft blend as the default. The ultra-soft formula is comparable to other premium brands in the category (MMX, TOP-CYDOLL ultra-soft). Standard silicone is firmer and has zero oil seepage but is less comfortable for bed cuddling. Gel breasts are included by default. The brand does not use TPE or SLE materials.
Skeleton & articulation

Head options
IDO heads are molded after real women selected via community voting. The head catalog is smaller than Irontech but includes strong options like the Meilan (ID9S) face. Implanted eyebrows and eyelashes are available. Head sculpts are silicone.
Measurements
IDO publishes body parameter images for each body. Measurements carry the usual ±2cm manufacturing tolerance. Some variance has been observed between vendor-listed specs and manufacturer website specs; current production specs should be verified with the vendor at time of order. Net weights listed typically include the body only; add approximately 3–4kg for head to estimate total shipping weight.
