Irontech uses medical-grade platinum silicone for bodies and heads. Premium options include Cloud Touch (a softer blend between standard and ultra-soft), Aqua Bounce breasts and butt, gel breasts, and standard gel butt. TPE bodies and heads are also available but are visually and tactually inferior to the silicone lineup.
Skeleton & articulation

Head options
Irontech offers a large head catalog with both silicone and TPE options. Silicone heads are strongly preferred for realism. The S-series includes faces resembling Western and Asian archetypes, with some celebrity-resemblance sculpts. ROS (soft oral) heads are available on select models. Note: different vendors may assign different names to the same head sculpt; tracking by model number is recommended.
Measurements
Irontech publishes parameter images for most bodies. Measurements carry the usual ±2cm manufacturing tolerance. Heights are typically listed with head installed; net body height is roughly 14–16cm shorter. Cup sizes are assigned by the factory based on bust and underbust measurements.
